Two People Apart

When you think of long distance relationships, there is alot of debate whether they actually work. In my opinion, long distance relationships purely depends on the strength of the Love between two people. However there are two if not three type of relationships we are talking about here 1) people who are just dating 2) people who are courting and 3) people who are Married. Heres some good advice for, In my opinion long distance relationships shouldnt be used on one of them.

Long distance relationships for people dating

People who are dating are just as the word says, are just dating. That means they are getting to know each other because that is what dating is...getting to know each other. In the process of getting to know each other the whole issue is to maintain a constant flow of communication. Ofcourse, just communicating and actually being with a person may be a challenge but all in all, there is technology around us that makes the process so much easier and better for two people dating over long distances. In my opinion long distance relationships may work for people who are dating. There just has to be committment to make it work.

Long distance relationship for people Courting

People who are courting have reached a level where they are just on the next step to getting engaged. However, for two people to reach that stage through long distance means that their relationship at the dating phase had been quit strong all along. So, in my opinion just a little more commitment would definitely see them walking on their way to Marriage.

Long distance relationship for people Married

In my opinion, even with the committment and love the family already becomes compromised. People who are Married are supposed to be together always and having a couple apart from each other for many years can just expose one of them to serious mistakes that can only lead to a divorce. Also, a Marriage couple needs to be together in the raising of children, so in the first place, a long distance relationship between a Married couple is a non starter.

Challenges of Long Distance relationships

Whether or not you decide to enter a long distance relationship is a decision for you alone. However there are some challenges that go with it.
